Well, say whatever you want about this late news. Damn how could I miss this. The tool I always use to change the startup configuration for Windows is to run the handy “msconfig” command. In Windows, you can’t install new fonts if you don’t have admin rights. Microsoft have made it extremely difficult for normal users to install fonts. As all the Fonts in Windows live peacefully in C:\Windows\Fonts, which is only writeable by Administrators or elevated privilege account owners

Windows Vista has automatically created Shortcuts keys for the first 10 items in Quick Launch toolbar. You don’t need to do anything. Just use it! Only if you know how to use it!
