Simply don’t buy a Mac
Oct 25th, 2007 by Jason
I’m quite satisfied with my making of Top 10 reasons to stay away from Mac. I don’t hate Apple, but I just want to save my blog readers’ from wasting their money on useless machine.
Let’s watch this video, this is true experience from Mac user that Mac fans wouldn’t want to admit.
You’ll be like this guy in no time if you buy a Mac. You should buy a Mac only if you are an idiot, then I guess you need an idiot-proof operating system, it’s Mac.
If you want to save people from wasting their money on useless machines, you should tell them TO buy a mac. Non-Macs are a waste of money.
well said. and nice work backing up your statement too…? or something like that. It’s not hard to prove that you are getting less flexibility, and just less of a computer for $600 more than if you just buy or build a PC. And now, mac thinks they’re being clever by offering; almost exclusively, computers that are bundled together with monitors…now tell me, what do you do when your monitor/hard drive/cd drive/power supply/motherboard goes bad? As with a mac or a pc, you can count on one of those happening, and then what? You send the whole damn thing right on back to the factory, and, if it’s still under warranty you might get it back in 2 weeks or so free of charge! But you’re most likely going to be paying hundreds of dollars (which you could use to buy a decent brand new pc) just to get a working computer again…
hahahahahahahahahah you jest of course, macs are overpriced over designed tied into apple and you are paying a premium for what is essentially Linux running on a pc, do yourself a favour buy yourself an i7 pc and run windows 7 and watch it thrash the pants of your shiny box, or if you insist on being silly build yourself a pc and stick Linux on it for free and save yourself a shed load of cash, oh and don’t fall for that crap that says macs don’t get virus’s unless you want your bank accounts etc stealing bots and trojans abound for macs your just in denial
macs are all design and zero function
U are such a Mac HATER!!!!
I agree Macs are garbage. I am a tech guy myself and I agree it is cheaper to buy a PC and service it yourself. With a PC you can buy a part out of any computer store for it to repair it, with a Mac you have to pay huge amounts of money to send it to the factory. Don’t buy Mac they’re crap.
i agree i support about 30 macs and 5 mac books, it just works is utter S**TE!!!!!it just doesnt work, and god how many students have lost work because they just decide to crash, they are a complete burden on me. dont get me started on networking them, jesus christ mapped drives just disappear when they feel like it, then they choose not to want an IP. Give me a pc with win7 and ubuntu on and thats all i need, although i have to admit i do use the macs for video editing which is very good, i think thats about it though.
Thanks for letting me rant a bit, right im off to sort that “grey screen of death” out
Wow… all the TV you watch, all the music you listen to, all the films you love… all made on Macs. It’s good enough for most of the media and creative industry, why isn’t it good enough for you?
Thats funny because the new vista and windows 7 operating system is pretty much identical to OS now i use a PC in work and all it does is crash and we have a very good technical team (me being one) but i have had a mac at home (the same one for the last 4 years) and i havnt had a single problem with it because:
A) there is only one know virus for a mac
B) they are designed to run more processes at once
&
C) The operating system is simple (which btw like i said windows seem to have taken a shine to)
Therefore being a windows and a Mac user i will still always recommend a Mac
Sorry i would of gone on a longer rant but as we speak my PC in work is slowing due to it running out of processing memory (i have three windows open) i need to brace myself for a crash
cheers
